UK:

All Waring Brooke orders are produced to order and some items are hand made, for these items and ordered online please allow 10 working days from order for delivery. However, we do hold some items in stock so you may receive sooner. Just get in touch: contact@waringbrooke.com and we will see if we can push it faster.

UK SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping SMALL (orders up to £25.00) - £1.50

Standard Shipping MEDIUM (orders between £25.01-£45.00) - £3.50

Standard Shipping LARGE (orders between £45.01-£149.99) - £5.00

FREE SHIPPING - Orders over £150.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Shipping SMALL (orders up to £25.00) - £5.00

International Shipping MEDIUM (orders between £25.01-£45.00) - £8.00

International Shipping LARGE (orders between £45.01 and over) - £20.00

 

Returns Policy at Waring Brooke:
 

We hope that you are very happy with your Waring Brooke knitted purchase but appreciate you may wish to return it for a refund or exchange.

For all returns, please email contactus@waringbrooke.com with details of your purchase and reasons for your return. All returns must be sent to us and received at the below address in an unworn condition within 14 days of purchase.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card / bank account. If you did not receive a returns form with your order please print a new form. Any items returned without a returns form or order number may not be refunded.

Notification of faults must be given in writing accompanied with photographs (where applicable) to Waring Brooke.
Please send your completed returns form and photographs to contact@waringbrooke.com and our customer service team will review the product and if the product is within its one year manufacturing warranty and is deemed to be a manufacturing fault will liaise with you to rectify the issue.

Returning a Monogrammed item:

Please note that once a monogrammed item has been made and supplied to you, as a custom made item, you do not have the right to return it if it is unsuitable.
You do not have the right to return your item if you have provided the incorrect details.
To cancel your embossing order you must notify us within 12 hours post purchase.

Monogrammed items are sadly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
