The Game Fair 2026: What You Loved Most

Every year, The Game Fair reminds us why we do what we do.

There's something incredibly special about meeting our customers in person—watching you discover the craftsmanship behind every piece, hearing your stories, and seeing your excitement when you find something that feels made just for you.

This year's show was one of our favourites yet, and we wanted to share some of the highlights with everyone who couldn't make it.

The Stand Was Busier Than Ever

From the moment the gates opened, our stand was filled with visitors discovering Waring Brooke for the very first time, alongside so many familiar faces who return to see us year after year.

One of the best parts of exhibiting is hearing your feedback. Watching people pick up a product, feel the quality of the knit, and realise everything is designed with such care makes all the hard work worthwhile.

The Surprise Bestseller

Without question, our biggest surprise was the Black Labrador Socks.

They quickly became one of the most popular products on the stand, with Labrador owners (and plenty of dog lovers) instantly spotting them. Seeing customers smile when they found a sock that celebrated their own four-legged companion was exactly why we designed them.

Meet Coco – Our New Union Jack Sock

Another exciting launch was our newest Coco Union Jack Sock.

Blending our signature British heritage with a fresh new colourway, Coco proved incredibly popular throughout the weekend. They sold faster than we expected and quickly became a favourite amongst customers looking for something classic but a little different.

Bringing Back Real Moments

One of our favourite parts of this year's stand wasn't a product at all—it was our Polaroid Giveaway Wall.

Every visitor who entered our competition had their photograph taken on a Polaroid camera before pinning it to our display wall. Throughout the weekend, the wall filled with smiling faces, families, friends and dogs, creating a wonderful snapshot of The Game Fair community.

In a world where so many memories live only on our phones and disappear with the next scroll, we wanted to bring back something tangible. There's something incredibly special about holding a real photograph in your hands—a moment captured forever, rather than lost in a camera roll.

Watching the wall grow over the three days became one of the highlights of the show. It wasn't just a competition; it became a celebration of the wonderful people who make Waring Brooke what it is.

The Skirt Everyone Stopped To Look At

One piece that genuinely stopped people in their tracks was our new Stallion Skirt.

The response was overwhelming. Customers loved the flattering silhouette, the beautiful knitted finish and, of course, the signature Waring Brooke stallion design. It was one of those products people couldn't walk past without touching—and once they tried it on, they didn't want to take it off.
